22, 1939 in Fitzgerald, Georgia. Grew up attending
the Union Holiness Church founded by his grandmother Liza Moss.
He loved music, poetry (Shakespeare), reading and writing. As a
teenager he sang with the Paramounts a popular male quartet group
that toured South Georgia during the 1950's. During this time he
met and married Vivian Lafaye McNair of Douglas Georgia.
He attended Highland Park Community College in Detroit, Michigan
and later moved to Rochester, New York where he formed the Milton
Moss and Associates, the first and oldest African American real
estate company in the Rochester area.
He was called
to preach the gospel in 1988 and graduated from Colgate Rochester
Crozer Divinity Schools Pearl Program in 2001. (Died: March 4, 2003)
